Yearly, a team of volunteers in West Palm Beach, Florida known as the Helping Hands/Africa & Beyond team holds one or two fundraisers for Africa & Beyond’s outreaches. Their goal has been to raise funds for the outreaches serving the most vulnerable in the communities where we work. Their goal is to make a difference in the lives of orphans, widows, and persons with disabilities. Their foundational scripture comes from:

“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”

- James 1:27 NIV
